Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
Yes. We collect your card at signup but don’t charge it until day 15. You can cancel anytime in your first 14 days and you won’t be charged at all. The card requirement helps us keep the trial genuine and prevent abuse.
What happens after my free trial ends?
On day 15, your card is automatically charged $29 and your subscription continues monthly until you cancel. You’ll get a reminder email two days before this happens, and a tax invoice each month after.
How do I cancel?
From your dashboard, go to Account → Subscription and click Cancel. It’s instant. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What’s included in LANTITE Access?
Both Numeracy and Literacy. All 13 courses, 47 lessons, and 10 full-length practice tests are included in the single $29/month plan.
Can I have both plans?
Yes. They’re separate subscriptions, so you can take just one or both. Each is $29/month with its own 14-day free trial.
Is this Australian-based?
Yes. SN Academy is built for the Australian Curriculum and the Australian LANTITE specifically. Pricing is in AUD and includes GST.
What if I have trouble during the trial?
Email us at [email protected] and we’ll respond within one business day. If we can’t fix it before your trial ends, we’ll cancel and refund — no questions asked.
