Terms of Service

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription on snacademy.com.au, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

SN Academy provides an online education platform for Australian teachers, aspiring teachers, tutors and parents. The platform includes LANTITE preparation courses (Numeracy and Literacy) and a Teaching Toolkit for generating lesson plans and worksheets aligned to the Australian Curriculum. Access to content depends on your subscription plan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are enrolling for your own personal study use.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account with another person. Each account is for individual use only. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be shared.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • LANTITE Access ($29/month): Recurring monthly subscription. Full access to all LANTITE Numeracy and Literacy courses, including practice tests.
  • Teaching Toolkit ($29/month): Recurring monthly subscription. Full access to the AI-powered lesson plan and worksheet generator, aligned to the Australian Curriculum.

Both plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until day 15.

Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. Payments are processed via Stripe. All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of any applicable GST.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access during your trial, contact us and we will either resolve the issue or extend your trial period at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

All content on SN Academy — including lessons, questions, tests, explanations, and platform design — is owned by SN Academy and protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any platform content without written permission. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access content for your own study purposes only.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or account access with others
  • Reproduce or distribute platform content in any form
  • Use the platform for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape platform content
  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law

8. Disclaimer

SN Academy provides preparation materials to assist students in studying for the LANTITE. We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in passing the test. Exam outcomes depend on individual effort, ability and test conditions. Our content is designed to reflect the style and difficulty of LANTITE questions but is not affiliated with or endorsed by ACER.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SN Academy’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
